Meet Shelly-Ann

Shelly-Ann Frederic specialises in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational transformation. Working for 20 years across North America and Europe on complex programmes for Fortune 500 companies, she has led diverse teams through uncertainty, volatility and politically charged dynamics with the common thread being the ability to create and respond to change.

Shelly-Ann partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to navigate complex transformation, building trust required to identify risks and influence how change is experienced across organisations. Her work focuses on closing the gap between strategic intent and operational reality, particularly in environments where competing priorities and ambiguity can slow progress. 

She has worked across sectors including electric utilities, energy, government and agriculture. Her experience includes enterprise-wide system implementations, organisational transformation and initiatives operating within highly regulated and politically sensitive environments. Through a people-centred approach grounded in partnership and direct communication, she ensures change is understood and integrated.

Shelly-Ann holds a Bachelor of Communication from Mount Royal University and has completed advanced training in public participation (IAP2) and conflict resolution. She is also an ICF Certified Coach, bringing additional depth in leadership alignment to her work in organisational change.
